The photos from at least 7 cameras have been collated together (in such a way that I can’t now credit all the photographers!) resulting in several hundred images for each of the 3 days away. Here is a selection from Day 1 – Wednesday 11th October 2017. Children with the other 20 cameras are invited to submit their ten best photos to make our record as complete as possible.
On Wednesday 25th the children from Class 4 spent 25 minutes talking to children and teachers from Bulgaria. The children exchanged questions about their favourite foods, sport, pop music and clubs. They also showed their art work to one another. This work is being carried out in 10 schools across Europe.
Every year we produce a play or musical in the Summer Term, featuring all the children from Year 3 to Year 6. In 2011 the pantomime Cinderella and Rockafella was chosen.
Many thanks go to the children and all those who supported the work of Christian Aid by selling off the produce etc. donated at the Harvest Thanksgiving Service on Monday 15th October. It all looked so good – good enough to eat, in fact!
