Goodnight Mr Tom, a review by Nieve
Goodnight Mister Tom
A little boy called Willie Beech is moved to the country as war is breaking out.He is placed with Tom Oakley,a widower.
You go along with Willie as he enters school, makes new friend, learns to read, write and discover hidden talents.
Some bits make you laugh some bits make you cry.It is very sentimental.
This book makes you feel sorry for Willie. But it also makes you realise how the biggest and smallest things can change any type of person.I would recommend it for 9+.
